To make a long story short, she finished the course a few days ago and the ticket she received has in fact been dismissed. The best part is that she actually said she had fun and learned a lot about driver safety. It was almost like getting online driving lessons and an Online Traffic School course all in one. She told me that the course was accessible from any computer with an internet connection, so she could even do it at the computer lab in school.
